Awaken Now Retreats – Cancellation Policy
We’re honored that you’ve chosen to join us for this retreat. To create the best possible experience, we commit to securing accommodations, meals, and programming as soon as you register. Because of this, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations by Participant
- More than 90 days before retreat start date → 75% refund of your payment.
- 60–90 days before retreat start date → 50% refund of your payment.
- Less than 60 days before retreat start date → No refund is available, as retreat costs are already committed at this stage.

Transfer of Spot
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest approved by our team (they must meet retreat requirements and complete intake forms).

Cancellations by Awaken Now Health
- If we must cancel or reschedule the retreat (e.g., due to natural disasters, minimum attendance not being met, or global travel restrictions), you will receive a full refund of your payment.

Please note: Awaken Now Health is not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, transportation, or personal bookings.

Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in the case of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen travel disruptions.

Health & Wellness Considerations
- If you become unwell or unable to participate for medical reasons, the same cancellation terms apply. Travel insurance may help cover these situations.
