A prenatal massage is a full body massage that is similar to a Swedish massage except for a few modifications of the body to ensure the safety and comfort of both mother and baby. It is suggested that you make your appointments along side your doctor visits. For instance, once a month until your 27th week, twice a month until your 36th week and then weekly until you give birth.
