INSURANCE
We do not take insurance but I can and will provide your insurance company with a superbill. This means that you pay full price at the office, and on your first visit we will make a copy of your insurance card and submit a claim directly to your insurance company for you. Your insurance company will process the claim and send a refund check directly to your home. The amount that you will receive back from your insurance will depend on the type of coverage you have.
